great amenities but room could use some updates
The pool area was spacious and inviting, perfect for relaxing in the sun after a day of exploring. The staff consistently went above and beyond, providing friendly service that made us feel welcomed. I loved the garden view, which offered a nice backdrop for breakfast each morning.
The room had some charm but felt a bit dated.

The location right in the heart of the fairy chimneys made every moment thrilling. Just two minutes from Pigeon Valley, it was easy to explore Uchisar Castle. The open-air museum was a pleasant 20-minute walk away. My room was clean and spacious, boasting stunning views across the town and surrounding valley. The kettle and mini-fridge in the room were appreciated, as were the friendly touches like bathrobes and slippers. The staff were super helpful, making it easy to arrange our balloon flight. The pool area, though small, was nice for a quick dip and relaxation. One downside was the limited breakfast choices—more variety would have improved my mornings. I also experienced inconsistencies with room cleaning. it was disappointing not to have regular service during my stay. However, the overall hospitality and beautiful scenery linger in my memory. I would certainly consider staying again, hoping for better food options and room upkeep next time.

The beautiful views from the rooftop terrace were unforgettable.
We encountered major plumbing issues, with flooding during showers. The restaurant service was shockingly poor, as we often waited over 30 minutes for our orders, which were sometimes forgotten. Breakfast options were lacking, and the staff did little to manage the chaos during busy times.

If you’re on the hunt for delicious Danish pastries, you’ve struck gold! The location is super convenient for checking out nearby eateries like Topdeck Cave Restaurant, just 0.5 km away, and D'stiny Restaurant, only 0.2 km, making it a foodie’s paradise. Plus, the friendly staff really go the extra mile, ensuring you feel right at home.
The bedroom exudes a cave-like charm, but let's be real, the flaking walls leave a bit of gritty sand on your bed. It’s not a total vibe-killer, but it’s noteworthy. Just don’t let it distract you too much from the beautiful views outside.

Really enjoyed my stay with the kids. they loved the little pet zoo and we had fun relaxing by the beautiful outdoor pool and garden area. The breakfast spread was a great way to start our day, and we especially liked the rooftop views, perfect for catching the sunrise and those hot air balloons floating by. One minor hiccup was the shower pressure, but it didn't ruin our overall great experience! ☀️
